The SP-2021 is available in two models which offer a choice of paper delivery methods:
The SP-2021 IK model prevents the user from touching the document until the unit has completed the print and cut cycle. The document is then delivered to the user.
The SP-2021 SIK offers the same features as the "IK" but if the document is not taken, upon receiving the next print command the printer will retract the existing document and dispose of it inside the kiosk. The "SIK" model also incorporates an anti-jam feature which detects a paper jam and automatically attempts to clear the paper jam. In the unlikely event that it is unsuccessful, the printer will notify the host via the RS-232C reverse channel. |
