PROCEDURE:
A Telpar Customer will call the Customer Care Center at 1 (800) 872-4886 to open a call for return products, repairs and warranty repairs. The customer will hear a general Telpar greeting and then be prompted to press 3 for service related issues. The customer will then be redirected to an additional message with Three Options.
Please listen carefully to all options before making your selection.
Press 1 for warranty service or repair.
Press 2 if you have received the incorrect product or need a RMA for a defective product you just received.
Press 3 for technical support.
Press 4 if you are checking on the status of a Return Authorization shipped to Dover but not returned to you, or if you wish to speak to a management representative.
For Telpar Warranty/RMA Service
The Customer must provide the following information:
The Customer will be informed that their unit should be shipped to the Dover Depot for repair.

A Telpar representative will call the Customer back with a price quote, if required. Please be aware that no work will commence until the price quote has been approved by the Customer.
